Yes. From the portal you can pause the subscription, change plan or cancel; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month. No lock-in, no penalties.

Franky has been in production since 2025, live at the University of Alicante and opening new campuses every year. We don't publish user numbers because they change weekly: on the 15-minute call we show you the dashboard with the real data for your campus (visits, redemptions and tickets) and you decide whether it's worth it.
